The project must align with one of King Salman Foundation’s nonprofit programs in the field of urban expansion.
Entity Type and Legal Requirements
The applying entity must be a registered and licensed organization under the relevant supervisory authority, with valid supporting documents attached.
Project Budget and Timeline
The project budget must fall within the defined financial range, with a proposed timeline and preliminary schedule submitted.
Application Completeness and Project Relevance
Applications must be submitted complete before the deadline, clearly defining the proposed intervention and its justification.
Registration and Licensing
The organization must be registered with the competent authority in its country or region. Valid registration and licensing documents (minimum of 6 months validity) must be uploaded.
Legal Status
The applicant organization must be a legally registered entity. Proof of registration (e.g., certificate of incorporation) and supporting documentation must be uploaded.
Eligibility of Entity
The applicant must not be: A political party or affiliated with one An individual (i.e., not an organization) If either condition applies, the application is considered ineligible.
Prohibited Affiliations
Organizations must not have any affiliations with governments or political groups adversarial to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any involvement in activities that conflict with Islamic values or Saudi cultural norms.
